A teacher, counselor, mentor, or community member reaches out to refer someone who could benefit from support.

We connect you with a therapist
Once approved, we connect you with a therapist willing to participate with Step Up Talk.

Attend 3 subsidized sessions
Pay a small amount for each session while we cover the rest.

Decide what's next
After session 3, you choose whether to continue. No pressure, no obligation.
